Nourishing healthy spirit in a healthy body

2-hour experiential workshop
02 Mar 2025, 15:00-17:00
at Thrive Studio, Gonderange
Stress and anxiety don’t just exist in our minds — they take hold in our bodies,
shaping the way we breathe, move, and feel.
Tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, shallow breathing, or a tense belly are just a few ways that stress patterns become ingrained in us. Over time, these habits can make it harder to truly relax, leaving us feeling stuck in a cycle of tension.
Join us for this 2-hour Feldenkrais workshop and discover how mindful movement can help you unwind these patterns, bringing more ease and calm into your body and mind.

During this workshop you will:
-
Recognize how stress and anxiety affect your body – identify the unconscious muscular habits that keep you feeling tense and learn how to shift them.
-
Soothe your nervous system – through slow, guided movements, you will create new neural pathways that support relaxation and ease.
-
Rediscover your capacity for calm and presence – let go of habitual stress patterns and cultivate a more balanced way of being.

Hello! I'm Iryna.
One effect of returning to your body, of exploring it with care and patience, is a rising feeling of spontaneity and unconditional joy. It is not related to the shape of the body. Nor to the physical capabilities. It's feeling good in your own skin, feeling secure. Feeling at home.
At that moment, a desire to move, to dance, to live to the best of your capacity is being born.
