" I had a chance to do two practices with Iryna in different environment, online as part of a group
and one-to-one session. And both were amazing.
Online session was a great discovery to me. I am not a fan of doing something online, and firstly, I was not sure what to expect. But Iryna's calm and steady voice guided myself during the session. It gave my body and brain so much calmness and released all the stress I carried through couple of days. I also was surpsised how energetic my body felt despite the calmness and how high-spirited I felt after the session. The session was like a big kudos to me and to my body.
One-to-one session was just extraordinary! I had a bad migraine for 2 days before the session. My neck hurt, I felt all exhausted and tensed. So when I layed down on the table and Iryna's relaxed voice allowed me to feel lazy, I appreciated it so much. She moved my shoulders, arms and legs very gently. While holding me I felt very safe and cozy. That's thanks to her very warm hands. Her support helped my body to release all the tension and killed my migraine.
When I stood up after the session, I felt lightness and steadiness in my legs and ready to go with the day.
