Unlearn Your Pain
Reconnect & reclaim
from chronic pain
your
Your pain is real. But your body isn't broken. There IS a way through this without accepting that "this is just how you are now".
Imagine This: Tomorrow Morning You Wake Up…
-
And for the first time in months - maybe years - you stretch naturally, softly, and the fear of morning migraine doesn’t even cross your mind.
-
You get out of bed with ease, your body moving like a fluid, a graceful mechanism it was designed to be.
-
You sit at your desk without that familiar burning between your shoulder blades.
-
You carry groceries, play with your children, hug your loved ones and you don’t calculate what it might cost you later in lower back pain.
-
You sleep through the night in any position that feels comfortable.
You trust your body again. You feel safe inside your own skin. Your body has become your ally, your sanctuary, your home - not your prison.
This isn't just wishful thinking. This is what's waiting for you on the other side of chronic pain.

I remember...
sitting at my desk, writing a PhD thesis in physical chemistry, when a familiar stabbing pain shot between my shoulder blades. Again. I shifted in my chair, rolled my shoulders, tried to find a position that didn't hurt. There wasn't one.
This burning tension would often spread from the neck down to my lower back. Then, the ache and stiffness would manifest itself in my wrists. Some days, the pricking pain was so intense I could only lie down or walk – sitting was practically impossible. For hours, sometimes days, I couldn't find a single comfortable position.
"Just survive until you finish the thesis," I told myself. "Then it will somehow sort itself out."
Sounds familiar?

I tried everything the medical system offered. A bunch of physiotherapists. Osteopaths. I was a regular at Yoga classes. Medical check-ups that found "no structural issues". The advice was always the same: "Stress less and do more sports". Yeah, sure. Easier said than done when you're in the middle of writing your PhD thesis 🫤
Each treatment gave me temporary relief – for maybe 24 hours. Then the tension would build up again, and within days, I was back where I started. I was spending hundreds of euros every month on appointments that barely worked. But the money was nothing compared to what else I was losing.
I stopped accepting invitations - not just because I couldn't predict the pain, but because I couldn't bear the thought of being around people when I wasn't at peace in my own body. The discomfort of new experiences, new chairs, new situations where I'd have to explain why I couldn't sit normally or stay long. I quit dancing, something I'd adored since childhood, because I couldn't trust my body to move the way it once did. I watched friends make plans I couldn't commit to. Each "maybe next time" chipped away at my confidence that I'd ever feel normal again.

Worse, I began to fear my own body. I was afraid to make strong movements, afraid to trust anything my body told me. Every day I planned around my pain levels. Every day I reinforced the belief that my body was broken, unreliable, something to protect myself from. I felt betrayed by the very vessel I lived in.
On top of that, I learned that some of my joints were hypermobile – and that for seven years of yoga practice, I'd been straining my joints instead of strengthening my muscles because no teacher had corrected my form or explained it to me. My body wasn't just failing me, I might have been unknowingly hurting it for years.
How many other things might I have done to my body without realising it?..
That realisation broke something open. How long was I going to keep doing this? How many more months would I spend managing symptoms, missing out on life, reinforcing these pain patterns deeper into my nervous system?
I felt hopeless. Overwhelmed. Lost. But here's what I learned in my darkest moment – and what I want you to know if you're going through it right now:
Your pain is real. Your body isn't broken. And there IS a way through this that doesn't involve pushing through, managing symptoms forever, or accepting that "this is just how you are now.

" I came to Iryna with a lot of muscle tension and regular pain flare-ups from old injuries, especially in my neck and hips. I also struggled with tension headaches and a clenched jaw. After our sessions, my hips got much freer, tension reduced, and my neck pain went away! Iryna is very caring and really listens.
She helped me understand my body in a way I never did before and gave me practical techniques to manage tension. I felt supported, and she focused on exactly what I needed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for pain relief and feeling better in movement. "

The Day Everything Changed
I'll never forget my first Feldenkrais session in Brussels. I was skeptical – I'd tried so many things by then. But I was desperate enough to drive to another country for a weekend workshop.
The practitioner had soft, safe hands. The movements were gentle, sometimes almost imperceptible. For an hour, I lay on that table as my body was guided through tiny, curious movements I'd never experienced before.
When I stood up, something was different...
Standing felt easy. Effortless. Grounded.

Then I walked. For the first time in my life, I moved with such ease that I had an image of a rusty mechanism finally having its joints oiled. The difference was tremendous.
I wanted to move. To dance. To express my potential through movement.
I felt serene. I smiled.
For the first time in years, I had a taste of how I COULD feel in my own body. It brought confidence and excitement about the possibility of feeling this way regularly.
That single session changed the trajectory of my life. I realised all previous years I've been treating the symptom (muscle tension) instead of the cause (a nervous system stuck in protection mode). I had to understand this deeper. I dived deep into Feldenkrais training, mindfulness-based somatic therapy, neuroscience, and pain reprocessing approaches that help the brain unlearn chronic pain patterns. And now, years later, I help people just like you discover what I learned:
The only way to lasting physical and mental health is to take ownership of the healing process and rebuild trust between your body and mind.
This is exactly how I helped hundreds of women to overcome below clouds of pain, and this is what we will do together in this program - rebuild trust between your body and mind.

How This Is Different From Everything You've Tried
Let me be direct with you.
If you've spent months — maybe years — trying to fix your chronic pain, you've probably noticed a pattern: treatments work for a day, maybe a week. Then the pain creeps back. And you're right back where you started.
Here's why that keeps happening — and why this is fundamentally different.
Everything You've Tried Before Treated the Symptom, Not the Source
Physiotherapy works on your muscles and tissues, assuming something physical needs fixing. Medication dulls the signals temporarily. Yoga and stretching improve flexibility but don't address why your nervous system stays in protection mode. Mindfulness apps teach general relaxation, but do not target neural pathway rewiring. Talk therapy addresses emotions but without the body component, insights rarely translate into physical relief.
You weren't doing anything wrong. These approaches simply weren't designed to address neuroplastic pain — pain your brain learned to create as protection, even when there's no longer any physical danger.
Here's What We Do Instead
We work directly with your brain, not just your body.
Your chronic pain isn't coming from damaged tissues. It's coming from neural pathways — actual wiring in your brain — that learned to create pain signals as protection.

This program does three things simultaneously:
Pain Reprocessing Therapy rewires the specific neural pathways generating your pain. We identify your triggers and systematically teach your nervous system these are false alarms — protective responses no longer needed.
The Feldenkrais Method gives your body direct evidence that movement can be safe and pleasurable. Through gentle movement explorations, you discover new possibilities that bypass old protective patterns. This isn't stretching — it's retraining how your brain organizes movement itself.
Somatic Emotional Release addresses what your body's still holding — unprocessed emotions and old protective patterns.
Why does this work when everything else hasn't?
Most approaches work on one level — body OR mind OR emotions. This work focuses on all three simultaneously because that's how your nervous system actually functions. Your brain, body, and emotions learned pain together — and need to unlearn it together.
The result? Within 3-4 weeks, most clients notice the shift. Not just "less pain," but a fundamentally different relationship with their body.

" I had been suffering from chronic back pain and fibromyalgia for more than 10 years, which deeply affected my life. Mentally, it disrupted my sleep, and physically, it limited my movement and made me fearful of trying new things. When I started sessions with Iryna, I didn't have high expectations — I was just hoping to regain normal sleep. But what I gained was so much more.
While I still experience occasional pain and know there's more work to be done, I've rediscovered what it feels like to live despite pain. I've experienced smooth, efficient movement and felt a lightness in my body that has boosted my self-confidence.
Before working with Iryna, I constantly focused on changing my body. But Iryna helped me shift my perspective - instead of trying to change my body, I can learn to feel comfortable and find safety in the body I already have. That shift has been profoundly eye-opening and helped to defeat shame and guilt around pain and feeling dismissed.
Iryna is an exceptional practitioner. She's supportive, attentive, and genuinely cares. She took time to understand not just my pain but the underlying factors, approaching me as a whole person. I am deeply grateful for the positive changes she helped me bring into my life. "

"At the end of our last appointment Iryna said 'Thank you for the journey.' And that is what it was - a journey. I went to Iryna because I had 2 numb fingers for more than 7 months already. I hoped to find help and I did get it. It didn’t take long for my fingers to be all right again.
But there was so much more for me. The Feldenkrais method she showed me was all new and different in many ways from sports I do - very playful, adaptable, and focused on safe movement and safety in the body. Iryna's soft approach never pushed me. I learned self-compassion and to move in an appropriate way for me.
Incidentally, not only changes in my body took place, but also in my thinking and my sense of taking control. That brought many welcome changes. Iryna had the empathy to feel when I was ready for the next step. Thank you for the journey! "

I Know What You Might Be Thinking Right Now - "But What If This Doesn't Work for Me Either?"
I understand your hesitation. You've been disappointed before. Let me address the concerns I hear most often:
"Three months feels like such a long commitment [when I'm already suffering]. I’m too busy."
Here's what most people don't understand: Your nervous system didn't learn these protective pain patterns overnight. They developed over months or years as your brain tried to keep you safe. Quick fixes don't address this. The real question isn't "Why does it take 3 months?", it's "Can I afford another year living this way?"
"I've tried everything - traditional medicine, yoga, mindfulness apps, mediations - why would this work now?"
In your chronic pain if indeed of neuroplastic origin, there’s a high chance that everything you've tried treated symptoms, not the source. The mindfulness-based somatic therapy approach we use along with the Feldenkrais method and the pain reprocessing specifically targets pain-generating neural pathways, combining mindful awareness with somatic techniques. It's mindfulness with a clear therapeutic purpose - rewiring your brain's relationship to pain signals.
We're not managing your pain - we're teaching your brain it no longer needs to create it.
"What if my pain is different from yours or your other clients?"
Whether your pain started from a traumatic experience, injury, stress, or like mine – from years of pushing through – the underlying mechanism is the same: your nervous system learned to protect you through pain signals. The specific trigger doesn't matter, what matters is teaching your system it's safe to let go.
Note, Pain Reprocessing Therapy and somatic bodywork are complementary to medical support - prior consultation with your doctor is recommended to ensure your condition doesn't require immediate medical intervention.
"What if I can't do the movements because my pain is too severe?"
Every movement we do in Feldenkrais practice is approached with mindfulness and designed to work within your current limitations. We never push beyond what feels safe for your nervous system. Many clients are amazed to discover they can move in ways they thought were impossible without any effort or pain.
"This program feels like a big investment when nothing else has worked."
Let's be honest about where you are right now.
Every month, you're likely spending hundreds on treatments that provide relief for a day, maybe a week, before the pain returns. That's thousands per year on managing symptoms instead of solving the problem. But the financial cost is just the beginning.
Every month you wait is another month of:
-
Turning down invitations because you can't predict how you'll feel
-
Missing moments with your children or loved ones you'll never get back
-
Planning your entire day around your pain levels
-
Losing a little more confidence that your body can ever feel safe again
-
Reinforcing the neural pathways that keep your pain alive
If this investment feels outside your current budget, you can start with a Discovery Session, workshops or group classes [link to Work with me page] instead to begin your healing journey.

"What if my pain comes back after we finish?"
You'll learn tools to recognise and interrupt pain patterns before they take hold. This approach teaches your nervous system new ways of responding, creating lasting change rather than temporary relief. Through Pain Reprocessing Therapy and gentle movement awareness, you're literally rewiring neural pathways. Most clients develop confidence in managing any flare-ups that might occur. If you need an occasional tune-up to help you maintain your progress, you can always book a follow-up session with me to clear out any tension patterns that may have returned and set you up for continued success.
"What if this is 'just placebo' or 'all in my head'?"
Your pain is real, created by real neural pathways in your brain. Neuroplastic pain isn't imaginary - it's your nervous system's learned protective response. We're not 'thinking away' your pain, we're using proven neuroplasticity principles to teach your brain new patterns. This is neuroscience, not wishful thinking.

Is "Unlearn Your Pain" Right for You?
I work with a carefully selected group of people who are ready for deep, transformative work. Due to my limited availability, I maintain a small practice focused on those genuinely committed to their healing journey.

This Program IS for You If:
You're living with chronic pain that hasn't responded to conventional treatments - you've done the medical assessments, followed the protocols, and you're still hurting
You've genuinely tried multiple approaches (physiotherapy, medications, osteopathy, psychotherapy, acupuncture, and more) but the relief never seems to last beyond a few days or weeks
You're ready to invest 3 months in addressing the root cause rather than continuing to manage symptoms - you understand that lasting change is different from quick relief
You're willing to rebuild trust with your body, even after years of feeling betrayed or let down by it

This Might Not Be The Perfect Timing If..
You're looking for passive treatment where someone "fixes" you without your active participation — this work requires us both to show up fully
You're currently dealing with an acute injury that needs immediate medical attention (this program is specifically designed for chronic neuroplastic pain)
You strongly prefer conventional medical approaches only and feel skeptical about exploring the mind-body connection — I respect that, and want you to feel confident in the approach we're using
You're not quite ready to explore how emotions and stress might be connected to your pain patterns — and that's okay, but it means this might not be the right timing for us to work together
Note: If you're experiencing primarily stress, tension, chronic anxiety or burnout without chronic pain, my Nervous System Reset program may be better suited for your needs.

"A brilliant and effective approach for body and mind. Iryna is an exceptional therapist and person. After only 12 sessions my back problems are almost gone, my anxieties have greatly diminished, and I've regained daily function and energy. I have returned to my body and to life, and I look to the future with curiosity and enthusiasm. Thank you!"

Join the women who chose freedom over fear
Here's What I Know About You
You're tired of being afraid of your own body. You want to wake up without immediately scanning for pain. Say yes to invitations without that knot of anxiety about whether you'll pay for it later.
You want to trust your body again. To feel safe in your own skin. To remember what it's like when you and your body are partners, not enemies.
That life is waiting for you.
Lasting freedom from chronic pain doesn't come from finding the right treatment. It comes from teaching your nervous system that the danger has passed - that it's finally safe to let go.
There's a proven, neuroplasticity-based system that hundreds of my clients have used to go from years of chronic pain to waking up without dread.
And you can follow the exact same system. Risk-free.

So here's the choice:
Three months from now, you could be moving freely, sleeping peacefully, living without fear...
Or you could still be trying treatments that don't work, spending money on temporary relief, missing moments you'll never get back.
Time passes either way.
What are you going to do with it?
I hope you'll say yes to reclaiming your body.
