If you're tired of endless doctor visits and have already tried all the conventional approaches - from medical check-ups and physiotherapy to osteopathy, chiropractic, and even acupuncture - yet still struggle with persistent pain, you're in the right place.​

Whether it's chronic pain, chronic anxiety, unexplained numbness or tingling, headaches, tensions, or other chronic (and often medically unexplained) conditions, there is a very high chance that they have a neuroplastic origin. And, this is where a combination of Pain Therapy and Feldenkrais somatic bodywork can really help.​

There's a deeper story beneath your symptoms - a part of you that's crying out for help through these persistent symptoms. A dysregulated nervous system that's keeping you stuck in patterns of discomfort.
The way out of pain is not about fixing one part of you, it's about embracing the whole and bringing you back to a place of safety - the main prerequisite for a long term change. Together, we'll create an experience for you to learn how it feels to be safe, comfortable and at ease in your own body, and guide your system back to a state of natural balance and ease.

Is this work reimbursed by CNS or private insurance?No. Falling under the category of complementary & alternative medicine, this work is currently not reimbursed by the CNS, nor private insurance companies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyIntroductory session You can then cancel or reschedule your session more than 48 hours in advance free of charge. For any session not honoured and not rescheduled 48 hours in advance, 100% of the session fee will be due, i.e. the session counts as delivered. Sessions within the program work (i.e. regular sessions) Making the part of the program work that we’ve agreed on, they can only be rescheduled (and not cancelled). You can then reschedule each session more than 48 hours in advance free of charge. For any session not honoured and not rescheduled 48 hours in advance, 100% of the session fee will be due. In the rare case of not feeling any difference after six sessions, you have a right to request the early termination of the program. If, after a certain number of sessions, I see that the treatment is not working for you (not bringing the improvement, or the quality of our therapeutic relationship is not sufficient for facilitating the progress) I keep the right to terminate the program from my side and refer you to other practitioner(s) / health care professionals that might be better placed to help with your case. In both cases, the remaining pro rata of the program fee will be reimbursed to you.

Are you a doctor?No. I am not a medical doctor, and I do not provide a diagnosis or medical treatment. Any information provided and discussions we have during our sessions are not medical advice, nor should they be taken or applied as a replacement for medical advice. Pain therapy and somatic bodywork are complementary to medical and/or psychological support, and prior advice from your doctor is highly recommended. You must consult with your doctors to make sure that your condition does not require immediate intervention. I reserve the right to refer you to a healthcare professional if I consider that medical intervention is required. Managing and reducing your symptoms with pain therapy and somatic bodywork does not relieve you of the need to pursue all diagnostic research with a medical health professional.

What happens after the program?After the program work, it is always good to take time to integrate and readjust - give your nervous system time to fully embody the new way of being as it weaves and manifests what it learned in your daily life. You'll have the recordings of somatic practices to work with and feed/remind your nervous system of everything we've done within the program at your own rhythm, just as you feel it. ​ There is also an opportunity to come in for another set of explorations and deepening of your experience within 4 and 8-session packages, if you'd like it at any moment. Or, join my weekly group classes or events if that talks to you. The big idea, though, is that within the time of our work together you become your own teacher and trusted authority - you develop an inner compass - a refined ability to listen to your body's wisdom, intuitively know what's right for you at each moment, and choose what serves you best on your journey.
