Most approaches to chronic pain and nervous system dysregulation treat the symptom in isolation. They work on the body, or the mind, or the emotions — rarely all three at once, and rarely with an understanding of how deeply those layers are connected.
My work integrates three modalities for exactly that reason.
3
Somatic emotional release works with what the body has been holding. Chronic tension and pain are rarely purely physical — they carry emotional weight, often accumulated over years, sometimes rooted in childhood experiences that the body never had the chance to fully process. With Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy we create space to process what's been stored, gently and at your own pace, so that the body doesn't have to keep carrying it.
2
Pain Reprocessing Therapy works directly with your brain. When chronic pain is neuroplastic in origin — generated by a nervous system that learned to protect you, not by damaged tissue — the most effective path is to work with the neural pathways generating those pain signals. PRT reduces the fear response and teaches the nervous system that safety is possible.

The Feldenkrais Method works through movement. Through gentle, non-forceful explorations, your nervous system discovers new possibilities — ways of organising movement that bypass old protective patterns. The body receives direct, experiential evidence that it can be safe, at ease, and free. Your brain learns to organise movement differently, and gradually, the constant hum of hypervigilance begins to quiet. This isn't an exercise. It's re-education at the level of the nervous system.
Together, these three create something that none of them achieves alone: lasting change at the level of the nervous system.

" What Iryna does is a kind of magic. You lie on a table, and she gently moves different parts of your body around for an hour, then you stand up and you feel so much better!
I feel more and more improvement after each session! I can't explain what it is, but it feels so good! You've got to try it yourself. "

Who This Approach Works Best For?
This work isn't right for everyone, and I'd rather be honest about that from the start.
The women I work with are typically beyond the stage of the first crisis — they're not looking for symptom management or a quick fix. They've usually tried a great deal already, and they come here with a sense, however tentative, that something deeper needs to shift.
In practice, this often means women who have been living with something their body won't let them ignore — whether that's persistent physical pain, chronic tension, or an exhausted nervous system that rest no longer touches — and who have found that conventional treatments keep falling short.
What they share is an openness to the mind-body connection — a willingness to consider that their body's signals might be about more than their physical structure, and a readiness to work with those signals rather than against them. They're willing to slow down, to become curious about their experience, and to take some ownership of their healing process. They understand that the healing process is not something done to them, but a journey we have to embark on together.
What we do in this work together isn't symptom management. This is a genuine, lasting transformation.
What will our journey together look like?

Start here: The Discovery Session
Before deciding on a program, I invite you to begin with a Discovery Session.
This is a 90-minute in-person meeting — just the two of us. We use the time to explore what's been happening in your body: the history, the patterns, what you've tried, and what you're ready for. You'll also experience the hands-on Feldenkrais work firsthand, so you leave with more than just a plan — you leave with a felt sense of what this approach actually is.
At the end of the session, we'll map the path forward together. I'll share my honest assessment of which program, if any, is the right fit for your situation.
If none of the available time slots work for you, drop me a message at iryna@mindfulbody.lu and we'll see if we can find a solution.
Choose Your Path - a program that suits you best
Once you're ready to begin program work, there are two options depending on your situation:
Unlearn Your Pain
3 months · 3 payments of €989 (or pay in full and save €200)
For women living with chronic pain that hasn't responded to conventional treatment — pain that scans, medical assessments, and years of trying haven't been able to resolve. We work with the nervous system to address the source of the pain, not just its expression.

Nervous System Reset
10 weeks · 3 payments of €765 (or pay in full and save €100)
For women whose bodies have been holding on — to chronic stress, to years of doing too much, to tension that rest no longer touches. This is a return to yourself: learning to feel safe in your own body, to breathe fully, and to finally let the armour come off and rediscover ease.

" After struggling with persistent back pain that even regular massages couldn't resolve, I was amazed by the relief I felt after just one session. The gentle yet powerful movements helped me connect with my body in a new way. I walked out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a deeper sense of awareness."

I also offer regular workshops and group classes for those who want to explore somatic movement in a supported, lower-commitment format, and an on-demand online course for women navigating jaw tension and TMJ — a recorded programme you can work through in your own time.

What my clients say

" I had been suffering from chronic back pain for more than 10 years, which deeply affected my life. Mentally, it disrupted my sleep, and physically, it limited my movement and made me fearful of trying new things. When I started sessions with Iryna, I didn’t have high expectations — I was just hoping to regain normal sleep. But what I gained was so much more.
While I still experience occasional pain and know there’s more work to be done, I’ve rediscovered what it feels like to live without pain. I’ve experienced smooth, efficient movement where every muscle and body part works in harmony, and I’ve felt a lightness in my body that has boosted my self-confidence.
Before working with Iryna, I constantly focused on changing my body—losing a few kilos here, training muscles there, striving to be stronger or more flexible. It felt like an endless list of goals. But Iryna helped me shift my perspective. She introduced me to the idea that instead of trying to change my body, I can learn to feel comfortable in the body I already have. That shift in perspective has been profoundly eye-opening and empowering.
Iryna is an exceptional practitioner. She’s supportive, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to understand not just my pain but the underlying factors behind it, approaching me as a whole person rather than just addressing the symptoms. Her emphasis on safety and understanding created a space where I felt truly cared for.
I am deeply grateful to Iryna for her work and the positive changes she helped me to bring into my life.
I highly recommend Iryna to anyone dealing with chronic pain, as well as those seeking to feel at peace with themselves and their bodies."
