Our posture shapes more than just how we stand; it influences our comfort, ease of movement, health, and overall experience of life.
Even though our bodies are wonderfully designed for flexibility and support, many of us develop everyday habits that can lead to tension, discomfort, and joint issues.
Sometimes, we even forget how it feels to be feeling good in our own body.
During this workshop you will:

Explore how posture affects your entire being - learn about the connection between your posture and your health, emotions, and sense of well-being.

Engage in Feldenkrais lessons that stimulate new neural pathways in your brain, promoting healthy posture and freeing your movement.

Experience the joy of discovering new parts of yourself - as you improve your posture, you might find yourself accessing areas of comfort and ease you forgot existed.

Dissolve old, limiting habits and replace them with a more effective, stress-free way of organising your body for the future.

What is Feldenkrais?

This workshop is open to anyone, no matter the level of your fitness,
age or physical limitations.
The only prerequisite is for you to be able to lower yourself
down to the floor and stand back up, either independently or with the support
of something to lean on.
Just bring on a willingness to explore and listen to your body. 🌿
