A Friday to Sunday mini-retreat at a beautiful Mosel Butterfly guesthouse, amongst the charms of Mosel River vineyards, slightly over 1-hour drive from Luxembourg City or a convenient 1h30 trip by train.
An invitation to claim time for yourself. To nourish your body and your soul through insightful somatic practices. To recharge and restore.
To keep a cosy, safe and nurturing environment, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 8 people and it will be a women-only event. 🌸
This retreat is for you if you:

Note: the program might slightly change and evolve in the weeks upcoming to the event, but the core structure will stay the same.

What's NOT included?

Transfer to the venue (the host can though pick you up from the Wittlich Bh train station upon request, free of charge)
NOTE: The retreat requires a minimum of 4 participants to take place. In an unfortunate event of not having enough participants, you'll get a full reimbursement 2 weeks before event at the latest.
Please note that once registered, cancellation is not possible; you may, however, transfer your spot to another person (i.e. send a replacement) at no additional cost. Thank you for your understanding 🌿

You cannot avoid stress-provoking situations all the time.
But you CAN develop the skill
of bringing yourself back to a state of balance.
This workshop is open to women only, to keep a safe and nurturing environment. Everyone is welcome, no matter the level of your fitness,
age or physical limitations.
The only prerequisite is for you to be able to lower yourself
down to the floor and stand back up, either independently or with the support
of something to lean on, and to take the stairs.
Just bring a willingness to explore and listen to your body, and to be gentle with yourself. 🌿

warm comfortable clothes and warm socks

a yoga mat or a sports mat, and a blanket (if you prefer to use yours)

One effect of returning to your body, of exploring it with care and patience, is a rising feeling of spontaneity and unconditional joy. It is not related to the shape of the body. Nor to the physical capabilities. It's feeling good in your own skin, feeling secure. Feeling at home.
At that moment, a desire to move, to dance, to live to the best of your capacity is being born.
