Join us for an experiential workshop designed to help you navigate anxiety using proven body-centered techniques, that address anxiety at its roots - in the body.

You cannot avoid stress- and anxiety-provoking situations all the time.
But you CAN develop the skill
of bringing yourself back to a state of balance.
What will I learn?

ways to be with and reduce anxiety that go well beyond “Just cope!” and medication

to distinguish between the anxiety that comes from the body or that comes from the mind, and learn tools to manage each of them

how to relate to anxiety in a healthy way, without ignoring, numbing, or controlling it

ways to recognise and release physical tension associated with anxiety
-
how to skillfully work with your body to find peace and balance.
BONUS: After the workshop you’ll receive 2 recorded
embodied practices to use in your daily life.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, no matter the level of
your fitness, age or physical limitations, both men and women.
The only prerequisite is for you to be able to lower yourself
down to the floor and stand back up, either independently or with the support
of something to lean on.
Limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
What shall I bring?

a yoga mat or a sports mat

warm comfortable clothes and warm socks

a blanket to cover your mat with with
(optional, though it will improve your comfort significantly)
